Post-Tensioning Solutions completed multiple major retrofits across Microsoft's Redmond campus buildings. For Building 122, we created expansive atrium openings without compromising structural integrity by controlling the de-tensioning and re-anchoring of over 1,200 tendons. This ambitious retrofit provided employees with improved natural light and a more inspiring work environment, all executed without shoring the entire building, and in 6 months.

For Building 121, we performed a complete post-tensioning retrofit of the existing parking structure with tendon replacements and structural upgrades. This included full tendon replacement throughout deteriorated areas, controlled de-tensioning to maintain structural integrity, structural reinforcement of concrete elements, and installation of corrosion protection systems.
